Space
My garden has many plants, we have a small vegetable garden, and we also have one of the most beautiful sunsets.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house, except for 2 bedrooms (in addition to the 10 available for rent).
Other observations
- If you are interested in hosting more than 16 people, please consult the host. Price per person, for groups exceeding 16, is R$80.00/day.
- As a courtesy, we provide a change of bed linens and bath and face towels.
We can provide someone to take care of the garden and the pool maintenance.
- The guest is responsible for their own water and electricity consumption and must, upon arrival, record the numbers on the water metre and the two electricity metres, repeating this operation upon departure, at which time they must pay for said consumption, based on the rates provided by the respective service providers.
Between 10 PM and 8 AM, in respect for Municipal Laws and our Neighbors, we observe the Absolute Silence Law.
