Fine Home - very welcoming

The condo was great. The owner provided everything one needs to enjoy the visit. There was a game room and a washer and dryer. The kitchen was nicely appointed with equipment and utensils. I would stay here again.

Perfect for our family vacation!

We stayed in the condo for 4 nights with our 3 children, my parents, and my sister’s family as well! Plenty of room for all of us!! It was perfect. The place was beautiful and CLEAN! Joe was super easy to reach anytime I had a question about something. We will be booking our vacation for next year here for sure.

Great condo

Very comfortable for our small family and dog. The deck was our favorite spot in the morning and evening to read or just talk. Kitchen was well equipped. The use of the resort was great - helped especially with our 12 yr old daughter to have something to do everyday. I would recommend!

Another great visit

We visited again, as we do yearly, for our vacation to Santa's Village. This property has become a "must rent" for our family. The space is exactly what we want / need. Tons of room and first-class amenities throughout the entire condo. I would recommend it to anyone who is traveling to Loon, Santa's Village, Cannon, or other attractions nearby.

My family and I stayed 3 nights here and we definitely will book with them again. The house was everything we expected. I did have to speak to the owner about one small problem and called me right away. I would recommend this property to anyone. I felt safe and comfortable and can't wait to book again.

Great family vacation retreat!

This was our first home away rental for our family vacation and I can tell you this experience was excellent. The property was beautiful with a perfect layout for our stay. The furnishings were comfortable and beautifully decorated for a vacation home. Upon our arrival we found it immaculately cleaned. Our experience with the owner could not have been better and so attentive to our needs. Our experience at the spa and pool area was excellent with everyone very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely consider renting again. Thanks for the great family vacation experience.

Immaculate and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay in Lincoln. The condo was very clean and as described. The location was perfect for getting to attractions. The pass the the Mountain Club at Loon came in handy for a quick workout and swim at the pools. Although there are excellent restaurants in the area it would be nice to take advantage of the beautiful kitchen with more deep pots and pans and a pasta bowl. The owner was accessible and helpful with any concerns which gave us peace of mind. We look forward to visiting again in the future!

Great Place!

Recently rented from Joe this past Columbus Day Weekend. He was responsive from our 1st inquiry. Been going to Loon for many years. And for all seasons. Compared to others we've rented: This property is very clean, updated kitchen/master bath, and has all the amenities needed for a family. As a family of 6, it was very spacious and comfortable for all of us. We felt we were the guest within someone's home.

Wonderful Rental!

My Family spent a week at Clearbrook/Loon Mountain. We have been going to this area for vacation for many years. For the last several years, we have been renting townhouses to accommodate our group. This rental was great! The location was perfect...close to town, close to hiking/biking and running trails. We are all active and took advantage of the prime location for lots of attractions/activities. The condo was spacious, clean, great appliances and cooking provisions. We like to cook and eat in and this worked out great. The area was safe for my grandchildren. The owner was very responsive to any questions/concerns and seemed very friendly. Hopefully we will be back next summer!

Best vacation ever!

Most cozy, fully equipped town home we have ever rented anywhere. Completely updated in every way, you can cook an entire gourmet meal and enjoy the mountain views from the dining table or outdoor deck. TV's, DVD player, game console with games and wifi throughout. We'll really miss spending lazy mornings hanging out by the fire in the sun filled living room. Plenty of privacy for the older kids and guests in the bunk and bed rooms and easy to all be together as well. The Lincoln area has so much to offer and you are a short drive from all of it here. Joe the owner is a call or text away and could not be more responsive or accommodating every single time for the three years we have rented. If the oldest kid were not off to college we would be back next year for sure. Do not pass up an opportunity to stay at this unique Clearbrook gem. Thanks for the memories!

Great quiet location close to town

This is the 3rd condo we've stayed at in Loon area in the last 4 years. This would be considered a last resort. Pros: The location is great and overall the condo was very spacious; the main area with kitchen and living room was perfect for 9 of us to hang out. Beds were good sized, loft was cute. Kitchen table was big enough to fit all of us which was nice to eat dinners together. Cons: No bathroom on main floor. You have to go upstairs to the private bathroom off the king room or down to the basement. The rugs were filled with dog hair because we had to vaccum up corn cob hairs after we peeled them and we vacuumed a ton of dog hair (took pics), there was food left in the fridge and cabinets from prior guests, clearly not as throughly cleaned for Covid as they stated. The 2 pools that you have passes to down the street are only 4 ft deep and there's only 1 jacuzzi tub outside. This was a definite disappointment for everyone, esp the older kids and adults. The welcome binder with the directions for the tv, remotes and instructions for the pool passes is outdated and confusing. Last but not least, we were at the condo during the tropical storm Isaias and the power almost went out 3 times. I called Joe to ask where flashlights were in case we totally lost power and he didn't know. He said check under the kitchen sink, but guests move them or take them. For an owner not to have an emergency kit for guests for this type of situation, is completely unacceptable. Overall, we'd rate this a 6 out of 10.
