Second floor, 2 bedroom apartment with lots of windows resulting in a bright, light apartment. It is located in one of the oldest neighbourhoods in Quebec City, with many buildings still retaining their historic aspect.
Dining room still has the original wood wall from the construction of the building in 1910.
Easy access to the old town centre whether by bus, foot or car. Many small, good restaurants within a few minutes walking distance.
