About this property
Urban Muse A Curated Sky high City Escape
Perched above the city buzz, this modern Melbourne retreat effortlessly blends curated design with urban ease. Just moments from Melbourne Central Station and iconic hotspots like Queen Victoria Market, Emporium, and the State Library, the best of the city is on your doorstep. After a day of exploring, return to this Insta-worthy apartment and unwind in air-conditioned comfort. Rich textures and statement pieces set the scene, while skyline views shimmer beyond floor-to-ceiling windows.
Step into this elevated city retreat, where moody tones and sky-high views create a boutique hotel feel in the heart of Melbourne. Styled with mid-century warmth, Scandi textures, and subtle industrial flair, this compact, design-led apartment balances comfort and character.
Plush carpet leads to the living area, where a modular sofa invites you to unwind or settle in for a movie. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame panoramic city views, while trailing greenery, bold artwork, and softly filtered light through roller blinds create a calm, cohesive atmosphere. Though there’s no dining area, the sleek kitchenette—with Smeg appliances, gas cooktop, dishwasher, and Nespresso machine—is ideal for light bites before heading out to explore Melbourne’s endless dining options.
The first bedroom features a plush king bed, cosy pillows, and a mirrored wardrobe that enhances the sense of space. A frosted glass door offers privacy while still allowing some natural light. The second bedroom opens via concertina doors and includes a queen bed, sage green wall panelling, curated artwork, and a mirrored wardrobe that artfully reflects the city landscape. The bathroom is crisp and functional, with a spacious shower and integrated laundry area, complete with a washer-dryer combo and drying rack—all tied together with contemporary finishes.
Lift access is available and complimentary toiletries and consumables are provided for your comfort upon arrival. Once consumed, we kindly recommend that guests bring or purchase their own for the rest of their stay.
Like most high-rise buildings in the heart of the city, some hallway noise may be heard from time to time, but it’s generally minimal and not disruptive to a restful stay. While the apartment accommodates up to four guests, the layout is best suited to couples or small groups planning to spend their time exploring the city and returning home to a calm, design-forward space in the sky.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!
The Melbourne is the beating heart of this eclectic and cosmopolitan city. With rich architectural history to be explored at the State Library and fresh foods to be tasted at the Queen Victoria Markets there's plenty to see and do. Be sure to grab a kransky hot dog and a few hot cinnamon doughnuts during your Victoria Markets visit. Pick a cafe and enjoy world-renowned coffee and take a stroll through the beautiful Flagstaff Gardens. At night, locals recommend enjoying a craft beer and live music at the Whitehart Bar set in a unique two-level shipping container. Art, history, nature and culture are on offer around every corner.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
