LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! Sand Point is one of only a few neighborhoods in town with a beach boardwalk AND community pool. Shore to Please is the closest house to the beach on Anchor, just steps to the boardwalk. The location is golf cart friendly for those that want to rent one and have the true Port A experience. We are also right across from Beach Lodge restaurant if you don't feel like cooking. The boardwalk ends near mile marker 9 which is a great part of the beach!

Professionally decorated this three story home built in 2010 has three bedrooms, 2 full baths and 2 half baths.

Highlights of this home, include partial water views, the community pool and hot tub around the corner, the neighborhood only beach boardwalk and an in town location which offers the ability to get around in a golf cart.(You can't do this down 361) There is a restaurant on the beach which is just a few steps away and it's close to all of the shops and restaurants in Port A. Unlike other some other properties, you will have access to the garage, the main bedroom closet and a pantry in the kitchen. There is also a room downstairs for additional beach gear storage.

The first floor of this home has a covered patio with partial gulf views You can hear the crash of the waves and there is usually a nice gulf breeze. Just inside is a powder room and a large mudroom to accommodate all of your wet suits and towels. The oversized garage can accommodate one car as well as any of your beach gear and toys. We have 2 driveways so there will be room to park an additional 3-4 cars depending on the size and there is a small rock area next to the driveway for golf cart parking if you have one.
Go up the interior stairs to the second floor which has a large open kitchen, dining and family room. The kitchen comes fully stocked and there is a pantry closet to store all of your groceries. The large island is surrounded by 5 barstools or you can dine or play games on the 6' dining table. The living area has a large sectional. There is a large flat screen TV and dvd player. From the living room, step out onto the deck, sit in the relaxing barstools and enjoy the partial view & gulf breeze. There is another half bath on this level and a laundry closet with a full size high end front load stackable washer /dryer. The bedroom on this floor has a king size bed & large flat screen TV. This bedroom has a private en suite full bath with a walk in shower. You'll also have access to the closet! (Not all rentals do this!)You also have deck access from this room.
Head up the stairs to two bedrooms and a full bath. The first bedroom is a bunkroom with custom made queen bunk beds that can hold 4 full sized adults or 4 kids. The second bedroom has 2 custom queen beds with storage underneath and a large closet for storing your clothes and suitcases. Both bedrooms upstairs have tv's.
