Wonderful house!

We had a great fall break here - the house was wonderful with all the amenities, including fun extras! We enjoyed walking right out onto the beach and the close proximity to food, shopping, and more. This house is perfect for families or groups. We hope to return again soon!

Great house on the beach for a big family vacation

We loved being able to walk down the steps to the beach! Even sitting out on the porch overlooking the beach was great as well. The house was stocked extremely well, and any questions we had weee addressed immediately. Very well managed. Made great memories with our whole family!!!!

The perfect place for a large family of 16!! The house was wonderful with plenty of room for all. The grandchildren, ages 2-19 yrs, and the adults loved the Game room, Pool, Spa, and the White Sand Beach! We had a fantastic time and made lasting memories! Family Vacay

Enjoyed the space in the house. It accommodated our family. The railing on the porch and shrubs in front of the railing obstructed the view of the beach. The beach was crowded due to a public access one house down from this house. Tents were set up on the beach in front of our house as early as 6am. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Family Vacation

Property was perfect for our family of eighteen. Great for grandchildren of all ages. The two washer and dryers were helpful plus the extra refrigerator in laundry room was appreciated! Beach towels would be appreciated and the hedge blocking the view on second story balcony were our only complaints.

nice property

property is fine and staff is very courteous when we called. however, no heated pool, lack of hot water for bathing, and a fridge that would stay cold overshadowed the respite we were looking for. also next door construction certainly disturbed the peace. we bought some beach chairs and left some there so next guest would have something to sit on at the beach.

Awesome place for girls weekend

My friends and I 8 (women over 21) joined for my 50th birthday celebration. Everyone was able to get their own space/room. It didn’t feel crowded. They allowed for an early check in at 2pm which was nice since we arrived at 10am. We had everything we needed. The only drawback was the shower pressure and we couldn’t take showers at the same time. We had groceries delivered via Instacart and that worked well and saved time. It was very clean and well taken care of. Great place to stay!

August 2019 Stay

Beautiful property and location but it is frustrating to have such an expensive place with so many issues: 1. We arrive to no water in any of the showers. Very responsive - they sent the plumber - showers work except the one on the main level which has trickling water. 2. Golf cart - we have signed waivers, there is a lockbox for the key but no way to access the lock box code. Was not sent in advance. We have been repeatedly calling the after hours line and no one is responding. 3. Supposedly a private beach, but we had others who were using the beach right in front of the property who refused to even move to accommodate property renters. Ultimately the beach enforcement service had to be called. Guys, great spot but need a bit more proactive preparation and quick response - particularly after hours.

May 2019 Stay

We had a wonderful vacation however we will NOT rent this house again. There were so many issues with it. No lighting on the exterior stairs, drip from the kitchen ceiling, pool pump broken and leaking water and draining the pool, light switches turning on different lights in different rooms, loose brick on pool step. I could go on and on. We had to call everyday due to one issue or another. We vacation frequently in Rosemary and surrounding areas and have never experienced any issues nor do you expect to when you pay almost $20,000 for a week. It seems as though the owner was in a rush to get the house rented so the craftsmanship of the remodel has a lot to be desired. The flooring does not touch the baseboards in many areas and the light cans are actually coming out of the ceiling. This would be a great house if the remodel had been done better. The lack of lighting on the exterior front stairs was extremely dangerous at night! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOUSE! Don’t waste your money!!

Well laid out property

This house is as-advertised. It is well laid out with several beds on the bottom floor and each feels like its own space. House is well appointed and decorated, very clean. Pool was great. The main refrigerator did go out before our stay. 360 sent a loaner that was fairly beat up and placed in the basement. The seal didn't work well causing produce to freeze and drinks not to cool. It was a hassle having to run up and down stairs as you are cooking for a large group. Not something I expect when paying top summer rental fee per night. I was hoping they would make it right by issuing me a credit for the inconvenience but they offered me 1% and asked why I didn't call them more about it during my stay. I had only a few days to relax, coming off the beach to coordinate maintenance was not something anyone in our group wanted to do. They knew the issue as they alerted us 2 hours before our check in and were the ones who sent the loaner in that condition. Also, it's not a huge deal but this house is right next to the public beach access, we didn't realize that when we booked. For some reason several third parties pull in and use the driveway... landscapers, beach chair rental company, people associated with the construction next door. Having the beach set up each day as part of the rental is very nice. If you have a large group and want to have the opportunity for alone time while you are at the beach, this house is perfect. Space to accommodate everyone together or apart.

Spring Break

We enjoyed the location. There was plenty of room for everyone. I was not happy because the pool was dirty had toys from previous renters and the pool had green slime on steps . Called said the pool gets cleaned twice a week. There is no way someone cleans that pool twice a week. We have a pool i know better. Better get a new pool cleaner. Also the grill outside is nasty. Need a new grill. The game room was great for the kids.

Thanksgiving

What a tandem relaxing place to spend the Thanksgiving week with our family. Plenty of room to spread out and lots of fun things to do together. Good kitchen for large group. Much more fun than trying to dine out all the time.

September 2021 Stay

The house was beautiful and perfect for our family. The beach was beautiful and chairs were so convenient. Wish they could have left them out til sunset instead of 5 pm. The game room was a big hit with our small kids and our teenagers. The kitchen was well stocked. One suggestion is to have hot pads and dish clothes in kitchen (we had none). The WIFI was not dependable. The location of this house is excellent. It would be nice to have bushes trimmed at the back so people could view the beach from 2nd floor deck.

Extremely good location! Cant beat the proximity to the beach. The house was a decent size and well equipped, although the kitchen and the living room area was a bit small and cramped for the number of the people we had in our group. The biggest issue was not having hot water to shower when we reached there and for the most of our stay. For the amount of money we payed for the house, you expect hot water in the house. The water kept dripping in the breakfast counter area, making that space unusable. The pool and the grill are just a check mark and are sort of disconnected with the main house. We barely used the pool and grilling was very inconvenient as you would have to carry stuff back n forth.

Great vacation with all of our kids, their spouses and all 8 grandchildren. It was fun to have all under one roof playing games at night, sharing meals and most of all enjoying the beach during the day. Fantastic trip and we look forward to many more vacations together.
