This fully furnished 1940 sq/ft home is located in the popular Roadrunner Golf & Country Club, a 55+ community just minutes from the beautiful town of Borrego. This gated community offers amenities such as a pool, spa, gym, pickleball, tennis courts, BBQs, and golf for a fee. The home sits on a large corner lot with views of the golf course and mountains. Grapefruit, orange, lemon, lime and fig trees are fresh for the picking! It features a large master bedroom with a king bed, updated bathroom, and walk-in closet, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a main full bathroom. The front living room has a comfortable queen sofa bed, two living areas, a well-equipped kitchen, and a wet bar. There is also a large laundry room, covered parking for 2 cars, and a storage shed.

The home includes 4 Smart TVs with streaming services, 2 desks with office supplies, monitors, a wireless printer, and high-speed Starlink internet. Residents can enjoy the friendly Roadrunner community and town, with a local market every Saturday and Borrego Days at the end of October. There are also local events and activities almost every evening.

Included with the rental are 2 bicycles, tennis rackets, a golf cart

The house is spacious and comfortable, as advertised. The kitchen is well furnished for cooking and all accommodations were great. The Roadrunner community offers golf, pool, pickleball and other activities which was perfect for us. And Kevin and Jody were very responsive to the few questions we had during our stay.

Roadrunner Club, Kevin, & Jody ROCKS!

I just bought a house & needed to find a temporary place while I closed escrow for a month; & boy did I find the perfect sanctuary for my mind, body & soul to land & make this major life change seamless! The house is gracious, simple, clean, & easy to rest in; the glorious Mount San Ysidro can be greeted every morn in the pink light of the Sun! The inhabitants of Roadrunner are stellar happy, & friendly humans! It is only a 1.2 walk into the sweetest & hip village of, Borrego Springs! Come & then please leave!(((:
