Enjoyed our stay! We are 4 couples and there was room for all of us. Lots of restaurants reasonable close by and nice walking trail around the golf course. Would come back.

We had a fantastic stay at this 4-bedroom house! It was perfect for our large group attending a concert in downtown Vancouver. The location was excellent, with the SkyTrain close by, making it easy and convenient to get into downtown without worrying about traffic or parking.The house provided plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy our time together. It was a great home base for our concert weekend, and having everyone under one roof made the experience even more enjoyable.We would definitely recommend this property to anyone travelling to Vancouver with a group, especially for a concert or downtown event. We would happily stay here again!

Almost everything about the property were excellent. There was one issue though - 3 of the 4 beds had very soft mattresses - one person had difficulty sleeping, and some others slept poorly and had some back pain as a result.

Best VRBO i have stayed in Vancouver ever. Even had fans in every room if it got too hot.Ample parking at the back for 2 vehicles. Full kitchen, all amenities for bathrooms. If you have 6 to 8 people, this is definitely your rental. Local coffee shops nearby. Subway to Waterfront is 5 blocks away....

We had a good stay however the tenants down stairs were loud and played music late so my kids were disturbed. The beds were too soft and not comfortable. The parking wasn’t good bc we parked at the back even though it was written and specified the back parking was for us. Three days out of our stay, there was the owner doing work on his truck and then tenants were parked there and there was no parking on the street. The house was clean and a good space for our family however I won’t stay there again bc of their tenants who also lied and said there was a mouse! and that is why they were loud… but they had music playing they were drinking and cooking also having guests over past 12am. I Called the host about it and didn’t get back to me till the next morning.,, which was too late.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was very convenient—about a 15-minute walk to the main rail line, making it easy to get downtown or to the airport. The unit was clean and well-stocked with paper products, which was appreciated. Check-in and check-out were simple. The only minor issue was that the AC struggled a bit on hot days, but overall it was a comfortable and well-kept place.

Clean and attentive owner

Owner sent over his assistant within 5 minutes of my calling 2 times. 1 time I had a problem with a door I had accidentally locked and another time when the downstairs tenant was noisy his assistant came over again and spoke with them on our behalf. The home has everything necessary for a great vacation with all the basic needs of comfortable beds and cleanliness.

Not so clean and cozy

The good of the property was the host responded very quickly to my questions, the unit was about 15 mins from the airport and about 20 mins from the city. Ubers ran about $30. Queen beds in all the bedrooms, which was difficult to find since there was 3 couples traveling. The beds were comfortable and the linens and towels seemed new. The bad was the bathrooms were dirty. Big hairball in the tub and the mirrors and floor not clean. No hooks to hang a towel or coat anywhere. The host did say he would send someone to clean bathrooms, but it didn’t fit into our plans.

Upon investigation, we found that the professional assigned to the cleaning missed an area. As soon as I was informed, I offered to send the cleaner back, but I did not receive any further communication. It appears the client was busy and unable to accommodate the follow-up cleaning. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Moving forward, I will ensure a more thorough process is followed, including a double-check by a second team member to prevent this from happening again. Regarding the hook for towels and coats, it may have been difficult to find. I will make sure to add a sign to prevent this issue from occurring in the future.

The place was good and was fairly roomy. The host was very responsive when we messaged. Also, hosts recommendation at The Story was deliciously great! It was pretty hot when we were there, glad there was an AC but not in all bedrooms however, fans were provide which helped somewhat. Location is close for dining out at some good eats that we found every day. Unfortunately the beds were too soft so not much of great sleeps and back support. Know that there are people living below this place. During our first night we could hear their conversations & music past 1:00am that woke us and the kids up. Location is not far from downtown Vancouver or the UBC. At this place be aware that there are more than 8 somewhat steep stairs at front & back of house to climb up to the place. Be careful at the gate at the top of the back stairs. Good to be able to park in the back of the property. However, the back areas of the property needs some TLC plus watch your head going from carport to house!
