Very Pet Friendly. Open gathering spaces. There are stairs that have to be considered if anyone has balance or mobility issues. Great yard for dogs. Big Dining room table to fit 9 of us at meal time.
Attended graduation from daughters graduation from Duquense
Perfect place for our family and close to university. Very comfortable and welcoming. Loved backyard and firepit!

First time in Pittsburgh
Nice area. Enjoyed the stay. Linens provided and place was clean. Street parking wasn't bad at all. House was nice and eclectic. Neighbors we meet were very kind. Our contact persons was very helpful even though they were on vacation. We appreciate them getting back with us even while out.
Spacious, comfortable house with lots of charm. The only thing we would change is the main bathroom sink and faucet. It was not big enough and awkward to use, especially when trying to wash our face or brush teeth.

Poorly maintained property
Outdoor area was not maintained. Furniture was dirty, faded and rusty. Grill was extremely dirty. Only two burners worked on stove. Mouse in kitchen with mouse droppings on the floor. Mattress pads were stained with dried blood and other bodily fluids.

Great house!
We had an excellent experience at this house. It was very clean and had great amenities. They really seemed to anticipate your needs. This house can easily sleep eight and roomy enough for everyone. The dining/pool/ping pong table was a lot of fun! The third floor bedroom was a great teenage hangout. The house and yard are very pet friendly. It was a great hangout and gathering spot! This house is in a great location-quiet street with easy access to the rest of Pittsburgh. There was always street parking available. I wouldn't consider this house disability/accessibility-friendly. There's a dozen steep cement steps to access the home. All the bedrooms and full bath are located on the second and third floors.

A great way to experience Pittsburgh
Me and my wife loved this house and this city. The house was decorated so well and felt so comfortable and home-y. It had tons of amenities and things you wouldn't think of like an arcade machine, and two multi monitor computer stations. The price was just right for us but this house can accommodate way more than two people I know it could be perfect for a larger family. The back yard was great too, honestly this place was a steal especially compared to hotel prices in the area. We were close to so many things; found a close coffee shop (grim wizard) that we hit every morning just like we would do in our home town. The street was quiet, and parking was always easy. I couldn't recommend this place (or this city) more.I should have one gripe and I guess that would be the size of the bathrooms? Although, I think I took the best shower of my life in that tiny bathroom so doesn't bother me much but big groups be advised.
