Birdsong Lodge - a delightful Rotorua escape

Birdsong Lodge is a contemporary, thoughtfully designed 3-bedroom home full of plants, art, textures, colours, and fun. It sparks joy in every visitor, and we are sure you’ll love it too.

Birdsong offers a comfortable open-plan lounge, well-equipped kitchen, and cute dining space leading out to a charming deck with an alfresco eating area, BBQ, pond, and comfy chairs.

We can accommodate up to six guests, with queen and twin bedrooms and a main super-king bedroom that has a small en-suite shower room. There's also a great family bathroom and laundry and parking for at least two vehicles.

Birdsong Lodge is in the fantastic Lynmore neighbourhood. This makes it an excellent location for those into hiking and mountain biking, as the mighty Redwoods forest is just a stone's throw away. Many of the Rotorua lakes are very accessible from here, providing fantastic options for swimming, kayaking, and fishing. There are also quality cafes, takeaways, dairies and even a pub 5 minutes
away.

Because we’re so close to the forest and our gardens are bursting with native planting, you'll spot tons of birds like fantails, wax-eyes, kereru and tūī. In fact, we called this house Birdsong Lodge after Albert, our resident tūī, who often sings his heart out from the Lemon Myrtle tree right outside the front door.

Unfortunately, it isn't wheelchair accessible or suitable for younger children. And as much as we love dogs, we don't allow them at Birdsong

We have a strict no party policy here. Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am.
As a guest, you acknowledge any loss and/or damage to the
property will result in a charge or charges for repair and/or replacement value.
