The local host Jennifer was so helpful the minute we arrived.The Solana resort was lovely.The house suited our party of 10, outside area made our stay better.

The property itself was definitely worth it. It accommodated our family well. Plenty of room. Everything we needed was in the home and then some. My main issue was checking in. For whatever reason, the host wasn't made aware we even had a reservation, so no access code was given. Upon arrival, we had to contact the customer service a couple times. The 1st number given was for Canada customer service. Once we received the accurate contact, the host was contacted about our reservation. We couldn't check in at 3. The house had to be cleaned and prepared for us. We was finally able to check in around 5:30.

We sincerely apologize for the unfortunate experience Tiffany had due to the system glitch. To help make things right, we have issued a partial refund of the booking cost to compensate for the delay.
