We were so pleased to walk in and find a house perfectly clean, equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We are a family of 7, and the space was very accommodating. We really enjoyed having to living rooms where kids and parents could watch different things, and we also enjoyed the large kitchen. It was less than a mile from 1st Street beach, which is where we went every day. Highly recommend!

The house is beautiful and very close to the beach. New appliances and the very comfortable beds were lovely. Plenty of space, fire pit, and cooking utensils was an added benefit. A few notes:The floor panels are not laid the best. The large connection by the kitchen caused several of us to repeatedly trip. We place a long rug over it for our stay and that helped immensely. The floor in front of the master bedroom is poorly adhered, so it pinches feet. Again we moved a rug and it was fine. The front entryway light flashes a bunch of colors when you first turn it on. It was blinding and unnerving. We just left it off. None of the bedrooms have trash baskets, so the bathroom is the only one upstairs. The rooms had very nice charging ports for phones and tablets. House has a lot of cooking utensils, pots, pans, bakeware, plates, cups, mugs, and silverware. Nice stove, fridge, washer/dryer, and clean showers. Bring your own: coffee/tea, cone filters, spices, toilet paper, ziplock bags, paper towels, tissues, firewood, and s'mores skewers. We would definitely recommend this property and would absolutely rent it again in the future!
