We really enjoyed the privacy of this location. The neighborhood is quiet but nicely located near many shops and restaurants. The house is spacious and well kept. It has everything you would need for your stay including games and pool toys. We would definitely book this location again.

Worth a stay of pool is working

We Booked our stay for 3days and picked this place for the pool.dispite booking over a week earlier, we wee informed that we couldn't use the pool 40 mins after check in time. Really disappointed the family because it was the only reason we chose it

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- The issue was reported shortly after your arrival, and the pool service team confirmed a chemical imbalance that required treatment. We acted quickly and worked with Evolve to issue a $100 refund as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience.- The imbalance was linked to a prior guest allowing pets in the pool, so the homeowner has since updated the listing to no longer allow pets and will continue closely monitoring the pool going forward.Thank you again for your feedback, as it helps us create a better experience for future guests!

The property was satisfactory for our needs. The kitchen was well stocked. The addition of coffee and tea was a welcome relief after travel. The unit is dated: tile coming off in the bathroom, fitted sheet torn and inadequately sized for mattress and tear in LR chair. Owner responded appropriately.

The house was perfect size and mostly clean. Lots of coffee, tea and towels. The master bathroom had no hot water, there were greasy dishes in the cabinet and silverware with food on it in the drawer. The living room fan remote had no batteries. I felt like it was missing some tlc. iwas mis

Over priced property

This home exterior is poorly maintained. Had to call management to get lawn cut when we arrived. Came the next day and just ran over entire property. Never saw again in the two weeks there. Front lawn had weeds over a foot tall and shrubbery hasn’t been trimmed therefore hiding front entry from the street. Half of the exterior lighting was non functioning. Pool listing says solar heated which according to prop manager the temperature could not be increased. The lanai was dirty with leaves and dirt with a section of screen totally missing allowing birds and debris to enter. PoolMaintenance was non existent until day before we left. Interior was fairly clean but had some broken and soiled furniture and again most light fixtures were missing bulbs. Prop manager came day after our arrival and installed more bulbs. Also reported that the refrigerator and range hood lights were out. Never came back to correct the issue. We would not return to this property.
