Home away from home in tranquil garden setting
Our comfortable 3 bedroom home has 2 spacious living areas, and is situated in a quiet street in a peaceful garden setting.
Located only a short walk from Syndal station, and a short train ride to the city. The Glen and Chadstone shopping Centres are close by, as are supermarkets, cafes and restaurants.
The home features everything you need to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable stay in Melbourne - a large separate lounge and dining room with Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen and meals area, 3 cosy bedrooms, a Queen with smart TV and additional heating and air-conditioning, a Double with built in desk, and a King Single. The bathroom has a large walk in shower, vanity and toilet, and there is a separate powder room.
The house also has a spacious family room overlooking the back garden and enjoying a northerly aspect, with a built in desk for work or study and a flat screened TV.
The separate laundry has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board for all your laundry needs.
There is heating and airconditioning for your comfort, and off street parking for 2 to 3 cars, as well as plenty of free street parking.
Please note we do not provide access to the garage.
No pets.
No smoking.

Quiet family getaway
My family of 4 stayed herecfor 10 days whilst in Melbourne for a sporting competition. We really wanted a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle of Melbourne. The pictures of the garden were what really drew us in and it was just as beautiful in reality! It felt like home and we really looked forward to heading back each day to relax! Lovely and quite and tranquil. A nice 18 minbwalk to Hamlet which quickly became our favourite coffee stop. Thanks Fiona, you made everything very easy!
