The resort was nice. Staff very friendly and helpful. Accommodation was a little tired, cracked floor tiles in bathroom, missing outside handle on patio doors but very spacious and well equipped except no oven trays. We enjoyed our stay and it’s a dog friendly place. Be aware there is no restaurant or bar on site.

Staff were great. We stayed in the Lapwings and it was gorgeous. Everything we needed. Pool was a good temp and we picked the right rime when it was quiet. Jacuzzi was fab. Thoroughly enjoyed our atay and would definitely stay again. The only thing i would say is brighter lights are needed at the entrance please as it is easy to miss.

Overall a pleasant stay. The resort itself is clean and grounds are well maintained. We stayed in a 1 bed apartment, although really spacious very tired and in need of updating. 2 ring induction hob /fridge no freezer but adequate for our needs. Pub on site friendly and welcoming but no restaurant facility. Pool gets busy very quickly and sauna was out of action, a chill weekend and good base for exploring the area, probably wont return

Staff were lovely, very friendly beautiful place ,clean i was so pleased we stayed in the mansion house it had everything you could possibly need, bed was comfortable, our dog settled ok ,i would definitely recommend it to anyone pools ,tennis etc the bar was lovely and friendly owners food was lovely, nice cosy atmosphere loved it😘

Fantastic stay. Quiet, friendly staff, clean rooms. Good location to aberdyfi beach which is beautiful. Not sure why there are a few bad reviews would definitely recommend this hotel.

We couldn't believe it when we arrived as we were so looking forward to a well deserved break and relax .but we found our accommodation to be a nightmare . The place was not what was advertised. It smelled musky and it clearly hadnt been cleaned ,the kitchen was not what was advertised, dirty pits,pand and cutlery. The carpets were dirty. And then to find our beds with mouse droppings on was the last straw.my family were in tears

Nice short break
