Proximity to shopping and Kyoto train station made this property extremely convenient for visiting. The room was spacious and clean. I will highly recommend to friends who want to to stay in Kyoto. Nishiki market and Gion were reachable by bus or taxi pretty easily.

This hotel was great. They were very kind & spoke good English, which was helpful for us. The property was a great location just a few minutes walk from Kyoto station& was extremely clean. We had a great experience with them - they got us a room last minute when our originally booked hotel refused to let us stay there because of the age of our children (11 and 13, the first wanted our kids to be in a separate room) so this hotel helped us out and we were so grateful.

The hotel was very nice and room was spacious for our family of 4. The hotel is very close to the Kyoto station which was key to us choosing the property. Overall, a great place to stay in a great location and would recommend!
