Nice and Quiet Stay The room was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was standard but had everything I needed. The only issue I had was that most of the plugs and the phone in the room weren’t connected, so I couldn’t call reception and had to go downstairs instead. I had dental floss left in the shower and there was plenty of dust and rubbish from previous guests on the floor, under the bed and under the couch. Very centrally located and close proximity to key spots that are walkable. Couple of things about cleaning the room, it only happens once a week if you booked for a week. Also, you have to ask to clean towels when you need them and they not changed regularly.

All was reasonable except there is no one at the desk after 5pm until 10 am the next morning; hence, no one except a long distance number to call to check in or out. Our biggest concern happened when we switched rooms; somehow one of our bags got separated and failed to be moved to the new room (when we were on a 3 day Margaret River excursion). When we got back after hours for the one night left, trying to find out missing bag was traumatic. Luckily, a really great worker was there late and helped. The next morning, we left with everything intact. We will stay there again.
