A two-story house in the historic centre of Carignano, a hamlet in the municipality of Fosdinovo. <br>It is just a 10-minute drive from Sarzana and 20 minutes from the beaches of Lerici, Marinella, and Marina di Carrara, and not far from Portovenere and the Cinque Terre. <br>The house overlooks a green and peaceful valley; on one side are the Apuan Alps and the village of Fosdinovo, and across from it lies the sea and a majestic, centuries-old holm oak tree. <br>The house features 3 double bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a kitchen with dining area, a small living room, and a large terrace where you can enjoy meals. <br>The house is ideal for a couple, a family, or a group of friends looking to spend a relaxing holiday.
