Great place to be !

This house has a really great atmosphere ! The special architecture of the house and the wonderful big garden invite you to relax and enjoy your vacation. Enrica is a marvelous host. Very friendly and always helpful. We had a great time in the Villa Saviano.

Wonderful garden, nice location

We enjoyed our stay in Italy. The old house is located in a huge garden in a very calm area. The loudest sound you hear are birds. It is located close to the beach in walking distance. The owner of the house really cares for the guests and we felt very comfortable.

Die Lage des Hauses zeigt eine ideale Mischung, da man einerseits nur acht Fußminuten bis zum schönen nächsten öffentlichen Strand braucht, man gleichzeitig in sehr ruhiger Lage auf einem großen Naturgrundstück residiert. Pisa, Lucca und Carrara erreicht man mit dem Auto in etwa 30Minuten.Sonnenschirm und Liegestühle stehen für den Strand zur Verfügung.Das Haus ist urig, hat einen Flair durch sein Alter, die Botanik und seine Architektur. Das WLAN funktioniert weitgehend sehr zuverlässig.In direkter Nähe findet man eine nette und leckere Pizzeria.Unser Kontakt zur Vermieterin war problemlos. Sie wohnt in direkter Nähe und hat gute Tipps.

Nella quiete della pineta, a pochi passi dal mare

Quando ho trovato questa casa per le vacanze al mare è stato un colpo di fulmine… a pochi passi dalla movida della Versilia, ma ben nascosta dentro a una pineta incolta, tra mura dal passato pesante, che ancora oggi conquista i visitatori. Con 10 minuti di cammino ci si allontana dal caos a del lungomare per immergersi nella quiete accompagnati dal canto degli uccellini. La casa è veramente particolare: niente di lussuoso che richiami le ville del lungomare, ma una costruzione bassa, con un gran salone curvo, un muro esterno che crea un cortiletto intimo e una fresca pineta tutto intorno. Molto ampio il parco, in parte curato e in parte selvaggio: la nostra cagnolina si è trovata molto bene e, anche se la recinzione presenta qualche buco, non ha mai tentato la fuga. Davvero particolare il grande salone, con porte e finestre su entrambi i lati; meno confortevoli le camere da letto, molto calde nel periodo estivo…non guasterebbe un po’ di aria condizionata, almeno nel reparto notte. Incantevole il cortiletto interno, quasi una stanza in più sotto le stelle.

Molto più di una vacanza.

Il soggiorno alla casa di Poveromo è stata la piacevole conferma di ciò che avevamo visto dalle foto sul sito. La casa accoglie e avvolge con la sua particolare architettura che trasmette l'attenzione e l'amore di chi l'ha costruita e vissuta, l'ampio salone è uno spazio magico che si spalanca con molte porte finestre sull'ampio giardino mantenuto nel rispetto della natura circostante. In ogni angolo della casa, si scoprono , come in una caccia al tesoro i ricordi affettuosi di tutta una vita. i libri. riproduzioni di quadri, locandine di mostre di artisti, oggetti raccolti nel tempo dalla famiglia. Nella casa è a disposizione tutto quanto possa servire ad una famiglia e può ospitare nelle camere da letto fino sei persone ma gli ampi spazi e la piacevole l'atmosfera possono accogliere anche di più per piacevoli serate in compagnia di amici. Un breve percorso da fare a piedi o in bicicletta porta al mare lungo una strada ombreggiata dalla vegetazione spontanea. La padrona di casa disponibile e riservata ci ha fatto sentire come a casa, indicandoci brevi itinerari per esplorare e conoscere i dintorni e anche suggerendo piccoli negozi per la spesa quotidiana a chilometro zero, e un delizioso ristorante dietro casa da raggiungere a piedi. Noi siamo stati molto bene con la nostra cagnona libera di scorrazzare per l'ampio giardino. Saremo lieti di tornare, anche fuori stagione, in questa casa un pò incantata fra il mare e il bosco. Mare e Monti

Wir haben mit unserer 6 köpfigen Familie eine wunderschöne Woche in Poveromo verbracht, idealer Ausgangspunkt für unsere zahlreichen Unternehmungen in die Umgebung. Am Meer, im Bagno Souvenir haben wir entspannt und sensationell gut gegessen! Ein super Tipp der Eigentümerin war es, uns bei Falieri Fahrräder für die ganze Familie und Woche auszuleihen. Auch ihre weiteren Tipps (Foccaccia The Wall) und zum Einkaufen waren uns sehr hilfreich. Im Haus hat es alles reichlich, was es für eine grosse Familie braucht, sogar Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler. Nachts haben wir sehr die Ruhe genossen und waren zudem angenehm überrascht, dass es kaum Mücken gab. Eine kurzweilige Woche in einem Haus mit ausgefallener Architektur inmitten eines riesigen Pinienwaldes.

Pace ed atmosfera in un posto magico!

La grande casa - costruita da un noto architetto alla fine degli anni '30 per una famiglia di artisti e letterati - è un luogo bellissimo per rigenerarsi e riposarsi. E' a Poveromo, tra le Alpi Apuane e gli stabilimenti balneari ( a 1 km con le biciclette), immersa tra lecci, pini marittimi, vegetazione mediterranea. E' fornita di tutto l'occorrente, pulita, essenziale, per amanti delle cose belle senza fronzoli. L'atmosfera che si respira è quella di un ambiente che ha ospitato uomini di cultura, scrittori, pittori, e che parla di un passato notevole di un'Italia culturalmente viva. Siamo stati benissimo io, il mio compagno, nostra figlia di 3 anni e i miei genitori. Vicino ci sono negozi di alimentari, un giornalaio e una farmacia. Il giardino è talmente piacevole che ci staccavamo a fatica da esso per andare in spiaggia. Consiglio vivamente questa casa per vacanze significative, non banali, ricche di storia, vissuto, "calma e voluttà". La proprietaria e il suo compagno, che abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere, sono persone deliziose , amanti della casa di famiglia, che non ci hanno fatto mancare niente. Simpatici e affabili. Ritorneremo in questa casa che ci ha incantato. Gaia

VIAGGIO NEL TEMPO

Casa degli anni 30 immersa nel verde. Appena arrivati abbiamo percepito subito la storicità della dimora, che per quanto datata si è rivelata pulita ed accogliente. I proprietari sono stai fin dai primi contatti molto disponibili tentando di metterci a nostro agio in tutti i modi.Consigliata per chi volesse rilassarsi completamente a contatto con la natura.Non c'è niente di meglio che stendersi su una amaca in mezzo piante e gustarsi una buona birra all'imbrunire! Bella esperienza.

La casa è affascinante come la sua proprietaria. Il profumo dei pini marittimi vi farà innamorare. La villa è più bella ancora di come appare in foto. Pulita e funzionale, l'attrezzatura è quanto di meglio si possa desiderare per una vacanza con figli al seguito. la cucina bella e funzionale. Il salotto con le pareti curve è letteralmente un'opera d'arte e non c'è altro da aggiungere. spazi attrezzati per cene romantiche in giardino. la localizzazione è perfetta per andare in spiaggia a piedi in pochi minuti. Alla sera consigliabile un aperitivo a Pietrasanta o a Sarzana. Lucca e Pisa sono raggiungibili in pochi minuti di autostrada per una cena e una passeggiata serale. tutto molto tranquillo davvero non sembra di essere a un quarto d'ora dai negozi di forte dei marmi.

Ottima permanenza

La casa si trova in una posizione strategica del Poveromo, a poche pedalate in bici dalla spiaggia, ed e' immersa in una verde pineta. All arrivo abbiamo trovato una casa pulita, in ordine e molto accogliente. Vicino alla casa e' possibile trovare numerosi servizi: bar, piccolo supermercato, noleggio bici, giostrine per i bambini. Segnaliamo il ristorante " Il Pancino2". Posto ideale per un soggiorno rilassante.
