Despite a bit of trouble checking in (requires you to be able to make a phone call, not all overseas visitors can) I had a good stay. The host was very nice and once I checked in all was good. Flat was better than expected; partially a bit worn but very well functioning. I would stay there again :)

Great location for family visiting Christchurch for BMX while enjoying a beach holiday. Staff are approachable and responsive, clean towels provided during week. Kitchen could have done with a few extra utensils and some windows and furnishings could benefit from small repairs - nothing that impacted on usability or comfort of the apartment. Rooms are in need of a-lot of TLC so is the outside its shame few items missing in my room but made do it was not urgent mine was location.Shower was good, nice & quiet view of beach from patio was great lady was nice who booked me in I have been on both sides of hospitality so I understand but I am sure any improvements are better than none 🙏
