The place is beautiful and very spacious. The only complain I would give is the water pressure wasn't the best. But beautiful place to stay, also the pool on the rooftop is very nice!

Hotel is nice price is low (tylum is a ghosttowm) but xambe has the worse management ever Just pray you wont get any issues during your stay ... also its not a hotel no front desk only employees who dont know much

So beautiful, what a gem! The rooftop at sunset is amazing! We had the best time just looking at all the birds in the nature. Just be aware there is no food or drink service so bring own stuff from the store.

I got a room here VERY last minute. The check-in process was extremely easy; they sent you directions to your phone. Then the people at the front desk are very kind and helpful. They took their time to explain the directions we were sent as well. The room itself was extremely clean and comfortable. I could hear the guests next door, but that did not bother me. Overall 10/10 experience. I can't wait to go back!

It would be nice to have a person available for assistance. We waited over 45 min to get in. Unfortunately we didn't have internet/wifi access to allow us to see check in instructions prior to arriving to the hotel as the message was only sent 1 hour prior to check in. If the check in instructions are delivered morning of that would be better for guests that are from the USA as we travel with limited service. But overall, we LOVED the property! Thank you for having us!

Highest recommendation for Xambe! It is about 5 minutes outside of the heart of Tulum (between town and the beach), and therefore is tranquil and very convenient to get wherever you are going. (You will need GPS to find it, because the roads are really confusing.) The photos are completely accurate, but what they miss is the pleasure of listening and watching the wind through the jungle treetops. The hotel personnel were so friendly and helpful with their suggestions.

Beautiful property, incredible rooms for the price we paid. Front desk staff did not speak English but the concierge on WhatsApp did and was very responsive and helpful. The area around the hotel is clearly still developing but felt safe and easy to navigate. It’s halfway between the main Tulum town and the beach bars. Would come back for sure!
