Two floors, has all the amenities you need. No car parking on the premises, you have to park on the street, which is problematic. Close to beach, jetty, shops and petrol station. Christchurch is a pretty small place anyway, but you are reasonably close to Sumner Beach, Scarborough, and other bigger shopping areas. Highly recommended unit, and we are grateful for the stay.

Mariners Lookout was everything it promised. We had a very comfortable 3 night stay at this well appointed, comfortable, clean property located in a beautiful area. There was nothing missing and our communication with Chris and Nikki was very friendly and accommodating.
The coastal walk to Lyttleton is beautiful.
We would very happily return to Mariners Loookout for another stay.

Thanks Viv and Rob for a wonderful stay at your delightfully appointed house. There was nothing left wanting and we enjoyed every aspect of it. All the bedrooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The living area was delightful and made day tripping almost a chore as We didn’t want to leave the view. Thank you for sharing with us

We had such a wonderful stay at Hamish & Ronene’s tiny house. Such a cozy, peaceful and warm refuge during the wintertime. We enjoyed falling asleep to the sound of the ocean, watching the sunrise from the loft bed (super comfy!) and relaxing on the couch with the sun streaming through the window. The tiny house is in an unreal location - a short walk down to both Sumner and Taylor’s Mistake on beautiful trails. Hamish & Ronene are so lovely and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Highly recommend!
