Magnificent villa with amazing views of Kata beach.A great infinity pool showcasing said views across the area. The bedrooms are spacious with ensuites and aircon. The included chef prepared for us each night a great selection of local cuisines along with western food for the children. The staff/team were excellent and always ready to help for any request. The location was good, being close to the main areas without being right in the action so it was quiet a calm.Highly recommended.

Had such a great week in this villa. We booked this for our family and invited our parents as well and all had the best week ever. The house is large enough that we all had our own large living spaces and rooms. The villa has some great open spaces around the pool with the best sunrise and sunset views to match. We chose to have Lilly and her team cook for us each night which was perfect. The food is authentic and delicious and very cost effective. Lilly helped to arrange outings and bookings as well. We truely loved every part of this house and Lilly and her team are so helpful and just elevated the experience of every part of the stay

We came for my 60th Birthday and decided to stay in a villa and let me say we weren’t disappointed it was amazing. Location to beach pool everything was perfect right next to the markets and food places Highly recommend and will definitely return

We had a great stay at this Villa. It has lots of space, every bedroom is a king with en-suite, the kitchen and living area is spacious and comfortable, and the feature pool is better than it looks in the pics. The whole place has a really local Thai vibe and feel and the host Ric and his staff have paid a lot of attention to the little things which make or break these types of accommodations. It’s a 2 min drive to downtown Patong and there are little restaurants and bars right next door. Definitely recommend this 5 star accom.

I have recently stayed in the villa for 3 weeks and it was just like home. It has everything you need, just like home. The Villa is beautiful! The pool and outdoor area is amazing and lovely and private .. its like your own little tropical oasis. The villa is large and very well appointed, the bedrooms and bathrooms are large and beautifully decorated. The beds are on the firm side (which i like) but extremely comfortable and I always had a great nights sleep. it is in a very quiet location but only a very short stroll to restaurants and beautiful Karon Beach. I have rebooked the villa for my next trip. Kaew was my host at the property and she is just wonderful and will help you with everything you might need. There is motorbike hire, laundry, restaurants, convenience stores and Chemists all within a 1 minute walk from the villa. this really is an amazing villa for an extended stay ... Its so good I have already booked my next scuba diving holiday and have rebooked the villa. Thank you Chantal and Kaew for an amazing holiday experience and beautiful Villa. The apartment was really spacious and clean. Beds were so comfy. Loved my morning coffee on the large balcony looking out to the beach. Marcus was great at communicating with us and making sure we had everything we needed. Apartment was really centrally located close to restaurants, shops and the beach. Easy to catch tuk tuks from out front. Kids loved having access to the adjoining resort’s facilities. Would definitely look to book again if coming back to Karon.

This apartment is divine. Clean, spacious, great location. The pool is gorgeous and the view is incredible!
