It was great staying in the apartment , the location was perfect

Great stay. Beautiful accomodation. Everything you could possibly need. Extras a lovely touch. Coffee machine, chocs, little snacks, to dvd, games to extra towels. Comfortable bed.Location was great. Short walk and you are at the beach. Theres the spa and a lovely outdoor area. Great place to stay when visiting the Peninsula.

The property was perfect for our family and our little cavoodle who loved the space in the backyard. All the little details were though if that made the stay easy and enjoyable.

Overall was a great house in a great location, opposite the beach. Kids loved it. Would definitely book again

We had a relaxing weekend.The property was perfect for us.There were three adults and 2children,one aged 8 the other 13. Easy access to Frankston,Sorrento,Rosebud and Rye. Even though the weather was overcast it didn’t make a difference. I would love to book the property again next time I decide to travel to Rye.

Good value, It offered us everything we wanted. Silvana is a super host, very responsive and generous with complimentary treats (Tim Tam, coffee, tea and hot chocolate). Family friendly accommodation, clean, spacious, comfortable bedrooms and lots of games and sport equipments. Close to everything; shops, beach and attractions.
