What an amazing villa, gardens were beautiful, hosts were great. Loved the lemon bread and fruits provided on arrival. Perfect location and the lagoon at your backdoor. We will be back.

This house is in a fantastic area with lots of places within walking distance. The size and space for a big group is amazing with the waterfront right on your doorstep.

Absolutely loved this accommodation, spent 12 days there as a solo traveller. Perfect beachfront location , quiet part of the Island. With perfect amenities closeby supermarket etc. Swimming, Snorkelling and just enjoying the vibe of the Island. Accommodation had everything I needed for my stay. There is a restaurant very closeby, only open in the evenings. I had cocktails takeaways! But also dined. Dvd store plus pizza . If you are after solitude, well this is the perfect spot.

Joe's farm stay is a great alternative and great value for money for those not wanting a 'resort' experience. Only a 5 minute walk up to the main road, the cottages are well-appointed with everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The surroundings are beautiful and Joe and Odette are incredibly hospitable and a fountain of information on local sights, activities, and culture. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Joe's and highly recommend it.

Property had everything you could need. Wonderful location with spectacular sunsets. Would highly recommend.

We had a week in Cook Islands. The house was in a great spot and had everything we needed. Close to supermarket and bar across the road. Could and snorkel and swim straight out the front of the property. There was 2 double kayaks for free use. Would definitely stay again

Great place for group. Walking distance to night markets and entertainment. Fabulous holiday.
