Very clean, warm, comfortable and cozy. Conveniently walk to King Street shops with lots of dinner food choices.

We stayed here and absolutely loved it. Would easily come back again. We planned to go out multiple times but decided to stay in because the house is too nice to leave.

Amazing place and locality. Gard to find such natural beauty and serenity. Lindsay is an excellent host.

The property is well located only 8 mins out of Hobart, clean, very well appointed with everything you could need for an extended stay and quiet in the evenings. The beds are comfortable and both rooms are good sized. Lovely views over the Derwent River to the Tasman Bridge. Would be more than happy to return for another stay.

Great property to switch off and unwind. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic property. So much wonderful natural light looking out over the water...bliss! Room to play and room to tuck your self away. Excellent walking track and beautiful bird life. Would recommend to all!

Lots of nice little touches. James was communicative and helpful. We were visiting family in Sandy Bay so the location was perfect for us.
