This place was clean, it was perfect for us we came to spend time together us a family. The peninsula hot pools are only six minutes away. This little place is a hidden gem.

We had enjoyed our stay The Beach Cottage in Rye. The house is relaxing,cozy, close to the shops and Hot Springs.The kitchen have everything you need for cooking y BBQ. Loved the location, layout and the whole experience of staying at this property. Perfect getaway for the family, with plenty of games to keep the kids entertained, and proximal to all the wonderful attractions of the peninsula. Highly recommend!

We had a relaxing weekend.The property was perfect for us.There were three adults and 2children,one aged 8 the other 13. Easy access to Frankston,Sorrento,Rosebud and Rye. Even though the weather was overcast it didn’t make a difference. I would love to book the property again next time I decide to travel to Rye.
