Gorgeous little cottage that had everything we needed for a family of 4. The cottage had been renovated and furnished beautifully and was close to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend staying here if you are coming to perth!

Was very impressed with property, location, onsite amenities and provision of basics (such as salt, pepper, cooking utensils, laundry detergent etc). Scarborough has a relaxed vibe and property was easy walk to cafes, pubs, restaurants and beach. Can’t fault at all and would come back in a heartbeat.

Well presented & immaculate property, great space & facilities for the larger family / group staying. Location is great, shopping centre & food options only a couple of minutes away. Hosts were great to deal with.

Our stay at Silver St Studio was superb! Judy went above and beyond to make our stay so special. From the moment we arrived to the incredible welcome basket, combined with the ambience of the studio and proximity to fabulous cafes, restaurants and shops, we felt like we were in a dream. Our stay was beyond expectations. Extremely comfy bed, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, everything you’ll need set amongst abundant creativity. An artist’s dream stay! The studio is so cosy, you’ll have to drag yourself away. Within walking distance of sightseeing attractions, museums and restaurants. What more could you ask for? Highly recommend! Marion & Phil are fantastic hosts. They made us feel so welcomed into their beautiful home, from the minute we booked to the day we left. I couldn't ask for a better stay. The house had spectacular views across Swan River & Optus Stadium, along with providing all the necessary amenities our family needed during our stay. We hope to stay again one day!
