About this property

South Beach House Close to Fremantle

South Beach has a wonderful atmosphere, is safe for swimming, has beautiful parklands and barbeque areas and is popular with both locals and tourists. The beach itself is a 700 metre stroll away from my home. The South Beach Hotel and local cafes and restaurants are also close by and within easy walking distance.

Fremantle is less than 3 kms away and has many historic attractions and buildings such as the old Fremantle Prison and Round House plus many cafes, restaurants, hotels and small bars. Perth CBD is only 30 minutes from Fremantle by train. A free CAT bus runs from South Beach to Fremantle every 15 minutes during the day.

My property is a spacious 2 storey house featuring;

3 bedrooms, 3 separate living areas and a fully equipped kitchen with a large oven and hot plates, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and numerous electrical appliances;

An indoor dining area with an 8 seat table;

2 spacious bathrooms with a spa in the master bedroom and a separate powder room;

Fully equipped laundry with a large washing machine (dryer is in the garage);

Lovely downstairs outdoor area with a large barbecue and eight seat stone top table;

Off street parking for 2 vehicles.

Great spot close to the city

Very clean and modern house situated near the city and convenient for most Perth attractions. All amenities are present for both short or extended stays. A 10 min walk to the beach too. Excellent!

Awesome House, Great Location

Very Clean House with everything you need for a short break or a holiday. Would highly recommend to anybody, short walk to a lovely swimming beach and Café for morning coffee. Only a 5 minute Uber drive into Fremantle.

Jamie’s house is fantastic. It is beautifully kept and a delight to stay in, perfect for a stay with our son, his wife and 2 grandchildren. It is very well designed. Everything is provided. It is a short walk to South Freo beach and shops. We will definitely try and book this house again when we return to the West.

The house is great for families and or friends traveling together!! With three toilets there is always one available and the bathrooms were spotless!! Home is very tidy and the area is quite and lovely for families with the beach and parks close by. We would definitely consider staying here next time we are in Perth.

My home is located in a quiet area but only a 600 metre stroll to South Beach with cafes, restaurants and the South Beach Hotel also within easy walking distance. Catch the free CAT bus into Fremantle ( it runs every 15 minutes during the day).

The house is ideal for families, or up to 3 couples, and is spacious so there is plenty of room for everyone.
