Gorgeous little cottage that had everything we needed for a family of 4. The cottage had been renovated and furnished beautifully and was close to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend staying here if you are coming to perth!

This property was perfect for our stay. Beautifully decorated , fresh bright and clean it has everything you could possibly need. Both bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, the main bedroom is so big it feels like a luxury hotel suite. We were here for 3 weeks and it was great to have so much space to hang up all our clothes and store cases. In terms of location it is only a 3 minute walk to the beqch where the sunsets are fabulous. The hosts were fantastic warm and friendly. We wpuld love to return some day.

Our stay at Silver St Studio was superb! Judy went above and beyond to make our stay so special. From the moment we arrived to the incredible welcome basket, combined with the ambience of the studio and proximity to fabulous cafes, restaurants and shops, we felt like we were in a dream. Our stay was beyond expectations. Extremely comfy bed, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, everything you’ll need set amongst abundant creativity. An artist’s dream stay! The studio is so cosy, you’ll have to drag yourself away. Within walking distance of sightseeing attractions, museums and restaurants. What more could you ask for? Highly recommend! Was a little bit confused with the linen set up. I had asked for spare bed to be made. So l used own linen Otherwise stay was grest thank you ,perfect lications for young ones.

Marion & Phil are fantastic hosts. They made us feel so welcomed into their beautiful home, from the minute we booked to the day we left. I couldn't ask for a better stay. The house had spectacular views across Swan River & Optus Stadium, along with providing all the necessary amenities our family needed during our stay. We hope to stay again one day!
