The Space:
NOTE: The building lift will be out of service between 22 September and 15 December 2025 for replacement works. Contractors will be on site Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm. We appreciate your understanding during this time.

- Check-in is after 3 pm.
- We encourage our guests to let us know their estimated arrival time.
- Early check-in can be requested.

CHECK-OUT TIME
- Check-out is 10 am.
- Late check-out can be requested.

GUEST REQUIREMENTS
- All guests must complete a check-in form and submit ID at least 24 hours prior
- No third-party bookings – all reservations must be in the staying guest’s name

HOUSE RULES
- No pets
- No smoking
- No parties
- Visitors are not allowed to stay overnight
- Quiet time: 9pm to 8am

PARKING
- This apartment does not include a parking bay
- Optional paid parking available for $15/night, subject to availability (clearance: 2m)
