Very Great property.Had 6 Adults and 5 childrenPlenty of room, safe and secure house with countless of activities.

We had a wonderful time in Philip Island, we completely relaxed , the apartment was very comfortable and catered to all our needs.Thank you to our host Lynn, she was so accommodating and helpful; great host.

Outstanding property that is perfect for big family events or getting a bunch of mates together. We planned lots of trips to the beach, restaurants, etc.. but cancelled all that once we got there because we did not want to leave. The lagoon is better than any beach, river, lake you can visit with no other public ! The kitchen is huge so we took turns cooking. I have never stayed in a place with some much to do and so much room to do it. We had an infant of 5 weeks, kids from 10-16, Adults in their 30's, 50's, 60's and 70's and all loved it. Pool Table, Dart Board, Table Tennis, Full Gym, Hot Spa, Awesome swimming. It really had it all. We had great weather but we kind of wished it was cold and wet so we could use the fire place. Will have to go back in winter. Highly recommend this place, the pictures don't do it justice.

We had a lovely stay in this cottage. It has a well-equipped kitchen and is very clean, we did not miss anything! It is within walking distance of the gorgeous Red Rock Beach and the house is in a quieter street. The owner, Jen, responded quickly to my enquiries. I highly recommend this cottage for a stay on Phillip Island.

Food stocked in the home was an exceptional and pleasant surprise. It gave us breakfast for four days. Cinema room was the best!.loved the games room and spa.

Great location Loved the spa sauna pool table and board games available Outside Bins were full when we arrived Upstairs bed was comfortable a 2 downstairs not so much Communication and check in process were great and distant views of the ocean from the balcony was nice - telescope was broken Washer dryer was handy We enjoyed our stay thank you
