Lovely house, well appointed but car parking a bit tight.

Excellent place to stay for a week. My friends and I were very happy with the accomodation.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The pictures in the listing don’t do it justice…. It really is stunning, has all of the amenities you’d ever need, and was so well stocked! My young family and I had a great stay and would highly recommend this home. Eliza was fabulous, too. Very responsive and gave us privacy during our holiday.

Clean relaxing nice walk to the river and pleasant owners

We loved the property so much - the scenery is beautiful and the house is so clean and cosy. Perfect for a getaway for 2 families. Dogs loved the fenced yard and we had a fire every night. Carolyn and Dave were lovely and very responsive. Will be back.

The stay in this studio was perfect for us - the accommodation, the location, and best of all, our Hosts. The property is at the top of a hill out of town, and from atop the garage, there are stunning views from the balcony across the plains around Armidale. Looking closer in, the magnificent, established, surrounding gardens are busy with all sorts of bird and creature life. I spent a lot of time reading on the balcony, looking up frequently to drink in the surroundings. The studio is stylish & luxurious - great bed, well laid out bathroom, comfy furnishings. Super quiet, plenty of fresh air, tranquil. The friendliness and decency of our Hosts really made our stay outstanding. We felt privileged to be able to stay in and share such a superb garden built over time with toil and love.

A good place for relaxation and the view is very nice.
