We had 3 generations (+ 4 legged friends) stay for the long weekend. The cottage is well appointed and stylishly decorated. We self catered our meals and found the kitchen had all we needed for our stay.

Great farm house stay. No neighbours. Enjoyed watching the Kangaroos. And talking to the cheeky chickens. Only 15 mins to Hunter Valley wildlife Park. Lots of added extras like snacks and breakfast in the kitchen and insect repellent in the bathroom. Would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful farm property – the perfect family getaway! We were a group of 6 adults and a child, and the home was incredibly spacious and comfortable for all of us.The highlights for us were the cosy fireplace, the well-appointed bedrooms, and the stunning renovated kitchen and bathroom. The firepit was a great touch for evenings together, and the entire property was well set up with thoughtful inclusions throughout.The historic charm of the home was lovely, and it was ideal for our dogs too – they happily slept in the enclosed deck area. The neighbouring horses were a sweet surprise – we loved saying hello and giving them a pat.We’d highly recommend this stay for families looking for a peaceful break close to home, and we’ll definitely be back again!
