Located at the doorsteps of the famous Hunter Valley presents to you Livy Lou's Cottage. In under 10 minutes you will start to experience all the pleasures, scenery and amazing wineries the Hunter Valley has to offer. Livy Lou’s cottage is a charming 3 bedroom renovated cottage with fresh, modern interior combined with a relaxed setting to have you feeling right at home. Your stay comes with UNLIMITED wifi usage, a large fully fenced yard perfect for children and for small to medium dogs pending approval. We always ask that our guests check the backyard space when arriving to ensure they are comfortable for their children and pets to play in. For the colder months of the year we have firepit which can be used under adult supervision. The 3 bedrooms come with queen bedding, all linen and fresh towels provided, open plan kitchen/ living room and a separate dining area for entertaining. Kitchen comes with a dishwasher, microwave and they’re a washing machine for your use. Coffee machine with complimentary pods, a soda stream so that you can enjoy the fizzy water! Kitchen comes complete with a rice cooker, sandwich maker, outdoor BBQ and games to keep you and your family entertained plus new outdoor Firepit to enjoy after a day out at the Hunter. There is reverse cycle air conditioning, an extra toilet in laundry. Fresh linen is provided- all towels and sheets. We suggest that you bring your own pillow for a comfortable stay if that is preferred. A High chair is provided for the little one along with a cot.
