Memories on Mount View is a 3 bed 1.5 bathrooms country homestead with 3 huge living spaces a big kitchen and enclosed outdoor entertainment area on a fully fenced private 800sqm block.
we sit on the edge of town, right on the doorstep of the hunter valley wine region. 700m to local shops and a 5min drive to the heart of the Hunter Valley Wineries and some of the country’s best cellar doors & restaurants. We aim to provide a comfortable homely space for you and your family to create memories.

-Private and close to everything !! We have worked hard to offer a home that ticks every box for your Hunter Valley getaway, big living spaces that will comfortably accommodate 10 people.

-Bedroom 1 queen bed.
-Bedroom 2 can either be two long singles or one king bed.
-bedroom 3 double bed under single bed bunk.
-Living room has a fold out sofa bed that sleeps 2.
-2nd living room has a fold out sofa that sleeps 2.

-2.7m long Tasmanian oak dinning room table that will fit the whole family around !

-Free Netflix & WiFi.

-65” smart tv in lounge room 50” in back living room with chrome cast.

-Nespresso machine with pods (we love coffee)

You will have access to the entire property garages included.

-Huge games room with pool table and table tennis.

A weekend away with friends

Loved the hosts left us cut wood so we could light the fire. The house and beds were both welcoming, warm and comfortable. The huge dining table was perfect for my whole family. The big back yard was added bonus for the younger children to run around in. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with utensils if you want to cook, we were out most days so just had take away but could easily have cooked meals. Thank you again for a great weekend.

Property is good size for a lot of people, the main bedroom mattress is a bit soft and the bedside lamps as most lamps in the house did not work either no bulb or just not working. Apart from that the pool table and ping pong table were a surprise and good fun. Big dining table to suit all the people and well set up kitchen. The position is great,close to town and easy to get out to Pokolbin etc.

We bonded infront of the "cast-ready" Flat Screeb TV. We bonded around the BBQ and the well placed outdoor chairs when we had a barbie night. We bonded infront of the indoor fireplace when we stayed up watching LOL World Finals. We bonded visiting the local vineyards and wineries. This was a great house.

Perfect weekend stay!

So close to everything. We had a great time! Plenty of spece and the house is decorated beautifully. 6 single adults stayed here for a weekend and we all had a ball. Couldnt recomend high enough. I was treated to a bottle of wine and gorgeous hand drawn as it was my birthday. It made the arrival very special.

Absolutely amazing!

We stayed at this venue for the weekend as a big group seeing Elton John in the Hope estate. From the second we booked, Courtney was so accomodating and lovely, when we arrived she had an Elton playlist on for us and had stocked up on goodies for us! The house is beautifully kept, clean and tidy- perfect for a groups of friends, large families, couples holiday. Great location to the amazing wineries as well as supermarkets 8 min walk, 2 min drive away. Highly recommend this to anyone visiting the Hunter! Thanks Courtney and family!

We have 4 children under 10 and a small business in the local area.

Outside of work and school, you will likely find us at the beach or chasing the kids around their after-school activities.

We all love to exercise it something we do as a family.

I love this area very much, there are great parks cafes and school.

This house particularly is special as it was our first home we love it here and hope you do too.
