The cottage exceeded our expectations! It was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and full of thoughtful details—like a welcoming bottle of wine and a delicious selection of cheeses. We especially appreciated the peaceful ambiance and stunning surroundings, which made for a truly relaxing getaway.Anita was a fantastic host: friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions.The location was perfect—just a 5-minute drive to the town centre and close to everything we needed. Beautiful house, gorgeous views, comfortable beds ,love how big it was and the stone walls in the house are amazing , probably could do with a better coffee machine and lights in kitchen didn’t work , but loved it and would stay again

The cottage was immaculate with everything you need for the perfect stay. Great kitchen and entertaining areas. We could not fault this property. Easy check in process with great communication from the host. Even arranged firewood, kindling and fire starters for the fire pit. We will be back.

We loved our stay at Riddell Cottage. You really couldn’t be much closer to the centre of town.The property was cosy, had everything we needed and had very comfortable beds. Great for couples, 2 x couples or a small family.Highly recommended

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay including the dog. The house was well appointed, immaculately clean and well fenced. Easy walk to town for shopping restaurants and park walks.
