A private leafy haven set amongst prestigious properties with excellent amenities within walking distance.

Great few nights. Good size. Good kitchen. Clean and fresh. Perfect for a short walk to the G or the Tennis. We walked through the gardens at the top of the street and loved the neighbourhood. Pearl was a great host who met us to do the key handover and then left us to it. Awesome stay.

Very comfortable, well appointed recently renovated 2 bedroom, pet friend house with a nice court courtyard that lives up to the photos. Arthur at Boutique Stays was very good to deal with.

We arrived late evening, but instructions and access easy and clear. Property as advertised and in great location for beach walks. Excellent for public transport, quieter than expected though trams go by just below. Great selection of books and records made it seem like home.

Fantastic, everything we required was there or you could order. Close to stadiums which was awesome. Very clean and well maintained. Thank you it was a joy to stay there.

A haven away from the city. A gated property that is stunning and offers spaciuos gardens and fully grown trees to make you feel like you are dwelling in a park. The pools are heated and very inviting. This park style outlook is from both the front and the rear of the apartments. The unit is comfortable and attractive with everything you need. Just be aware there are quite a few steps and a bit of an uphill walk from the car park so could be an accessibly challenge to some.
