The Loft is a country style, self-contained two-storey, three bedroom cottage with three queen size beds and one double bunk, sleeping a maximum of 8.

The Loft has two living areas, each with their own TV/DVD/VCR and couch(es), two bathrooms (with corner spa in the downstairs bathroom), full kitchen and laundry.

All linen including sheets (except for porta cot), towels and tea towels are included, as well as tea, coffee, sugar, UHT milk, biscuits, cereals, jams and other spreads.

There are also a selection of DVD's, videos, books and games available for your enjoyment.

The Loft is located a short drive from the main street of Warburton (about 2 klm), and close to all attractions, including Mt Donna Buang and Healesville Sanctuary.

A short stroll to the O'Shannassy Aqeduct and local rivers.

Bicycle riders please note - if you are planning to ride the Warburton Rail Trail then stay at The Loft - there is a fairly long slow hill climb to reach The Loft as we are located at the top of a hill near the O'Shannassy Aqueduct.

Fantastic home away from home in a beautiful spot for walking and spending time with family. Highly recommended! A real gem is the Aqueduct trail which is just around the corner from the house.

Overnight in Warburton

Nice overnight stay in Warburton. Large property, didn't even use the upstairs with our family of 3. Short drive into town and has plenty of kitchen utensils.

It is a gorgeous little home, but enough space to enjoy the stay. Very clean and comfortable beds, all facilities are correctly mentioned . Brief and clear instructions. Only thing is very poor mobile signal coverage ,But that makes even better for as to enjoy the trip away from screens.We will come again .Thank you Annette .

Lovely relaxing stay

We enjoyed staying at the Loft, close to lots of things to do in the Yarra Valley and easy access to Warburton shops and swimming areas. House had all that we needed for a relaxing stay. Our dogs enjoyed it too.

Lovely quiet cottage

The house is cute and well laid out. Clean house but the back row of mugs needed washing. Very comfy beds and a great deck out front to sit on and enjoy the birds. There was a kookaburra who came several times.

Spacious house with nice garden great for families and groups of friends with everything you'll need. Near plenty of family friendly walking tracks. In walking distance of Symphony 36 restaurant bar and 5 min drive to Warbuton itself. Highly recommend!

Relaxing break

It was a peaceful location to relax in the hills above Warburton. The property was well maintained and comfortable - with the spa bath a welcome end to our day. The Loft was situated in beautiful surroundings a short drive down the hill to Warburton with its numerous quaint shops and great walking tracks along both sides of the very picturesque river. Overall a highly enjoyable stay which we have already recommended to our family.

Gorgeous home in a serene neighbourhood

My husband, son and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - this home would have to be the most comfortable place we've holiday'd in for a long time. Situated in amongst the trees, right by the creek, it is the picture of absolute serenity. The upstairs loft room with it's private bathroom allowed for one parent to have a break and a bit of a sleep in (something very rare when you've got a toddler!). There was plenty of heating that could be left on safely with a toddler running about, and even age be appropriate toys for him to play with. I especially loved how close it is to the bush, and that you can hear the creek from the balcony. Having a break from the internet was also nice! The kitchen has everything you need, and there's even a dishwasher! Everything was clean and well maintained. Would 💯 stay again.

Felt like a warm hug and decore was very nostalgic to growing up in the 90’s. Very cosy and comforting. The owner is very thoughtful leaving lollipops, bubbles and colouring for the kids as well as a Nintendo 64, toys and board games a plenty.
