Lovely property and fantastic location facilities and outlook.

We were smiling the moment we walked in knowing we had chosen the right accommodation for our holiday. The only complaint would be the pillows on the bed were too hard, so we used the cushions from the lounge! If we were staying longer than 4 nights we would have purchased our own. Coles was a few minutes walk, Dan Murphy’s around the corner and bars and restaurants a plenty nearby. Great place to stay. Congratulations!

Relaxing stay in beautiful surrounds in the Adelaide Hills, the hosts Nelly and Geoff do all they can so that your stay is enjoyable. Make the most of the short bushwalk, their woodfire hot tub, pool, tennis court and the abundant wildlife that share the property. Hope to return again soon!

Home has everything you need. Close by to city, pubs. House was clean and tidy and the host was attentive and responded to any of our needs Thank you for a great stay 🙏

Great place to stay, so close to everything. Having a dedicated carparking spot an added bonus. Unfortunately the WiFi was a bit hit and miss, but I'm sure this will be corrected

We absolutely loved Semaphore Sea Breeze. The home is beautiful, comfortable and is in a great location. We had everything we needed in the home and and more. Gillian & Mike are fabulous hosts, the process was effortless from beginning to end, when we were all reluctant to leave, but excited to return again in 2024. To wake up in the morning with a fantastic view and kangaroos bouncing around. What a fantastic way to relax. Excellent accommodation highly recommended
