Description

This beach house has five proper bedrooms with comfy beds so there's plenty of privacy for everyone and no back breaking sofa beds! It boasts a huge living/games room upstairs with full size ping pong table, luxurious leather sofas, a large balcony, and downstairs an enormous deck with two barbecues. There's a gas barby directly off the modern, well equipped kitchen, which is ideal for instant heat and for those morning bacon and eggs. There's also a Weber for back up if you really want to cook a feast! Cooks will love the fact that there are plenty of pots, pans and sharp knives as well as a food processor. Enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner at the smart new outdoor table on the deck where there's plenty of room to move. Springtime visitors will be amazed at the roses climbing over the pergola! After the beach relax in a deep bath in the sparkling bathroom. There's a washing machine, microwave and new Miele dishwasher as well as a TV, VCR, DVD, IPod player with adapters, CD, gas heater, a new outdoor shower (as well as an indoor one) two barbecues, books and boardgames! Dont forget a giant, fully fenced garden lawn - great for games - and plenty of off street parking. There's always somewhere cool or sunny to relax in this well-sited property. Stretch out with the morning papers on the deck or enjoy the sea breezes from the upstairs balcony. Dogs welcome.

Bedroom and bathroom info

Downstairs there's one bedroom with a Queen sized bed, another with a double and another with twin singles. Upstairs there's a bedroom with a Queen sized bed and another with twin singles. Doonas and pillows provided.

The sunny bathroom has a lovely deep bath, a shower, hand basin, loo and a new washing machine. There's a second, separate loo as well.

We loved the house, it is wonderful. The rooms were good sized, the upstairs area is great, the games and books are fantastic and a really nice touch and we LOVED the garden.

Thanks again Stephanie for sharing your holiday home with our family. We spent one great week at Culburra beach and was very happy with the house. The location was perfect, close to dog friendly beaches, the backyard was great for the family cricket games, we look forward to returning again soon.

We found the house clean and; tidy, and it has a beautiful spacious back yard.

Short walk to a great beach was fantastic. Very pet friendly-the dog had a ball running on dog friendly beach.

We had a wonderful spring weekend at Ace Beach house. The house was comfortable for 5 adults/5 children really kid friendly. It's nice and close to the beach and was very clean! It was great to have a few stores to use as we had forgotten a few things and for the first time ever in a rental decent pots and pans! Stephanie was great to deal with. Thanks!

This house was perfect for my family. There were so many bedrooms and the owner was a pleasure to deal with. The backyard was massive and fenced so our puppy was safe and had a ball. There were two fridges which was great for all the food and drink that we brought along with us. The house is quite close to Nowra yet far enough away to feel like you are away from the busyness of everyday life. The beach is close and secluded and it was great to be able to go on walks every day knowing that it wasn’t a far walk back home. Everyone had a ball with the ping pong table and there were heaps of books if anyone wanted to have a rest alone. This is definitely a home that I will be visiting again. THANK YOU

Had a wonderful stay, our group of 9 had plenty of space and despite rainy weather there was plenty to do (table tennis rocks!!). The house itself is gorgeous for a getaway and the kitchen is really well equipped. Will most definitely return.

We had a very good holiday here. This place is not luxurious but very comfortable. You can find very good spots for fishing nearby. It is excellent when you can catch some fish then BBQ in the backyard.

We had a lovely time visiting Culburra beach. The house was lovely and contained everything we needed - even some basic non perishible stores. It was a real pleasure to have these there, and we hopefully contributed a little more than we took.

The house was only a few hundred metres from a lovely little beach. There were also reasonable shops (supermarket, takeaway, pizza, chemist, vet, fishing tackle etc.) close by, and within a few minutes drive was plenty of river/lake spots for fishing, lovely snorkelling spots, and other beaches if you desired.

I really enjoyed this stay, and the owner was very easy to deal with.

We had a great time at the house, there was lots of room and it was just down the road from the beach. The back yard is fantastic, if you a have a dog or children they will be in heaven. Thanks for making the whole experience easy and fun!

I can highly recommend this place! Has a true "beach" feel to it. Only 3 min walk from beach, big backyard, great facilities (especially the table tennis!) and in prime location. Thanks for a fabulous stay!!!

Fantastic house, everything you need was here. Great yard, short walk to beach, big bedrooms, loads of room. Great people to deal with. Pets were allowed,no problem.

highly reccomended if travelling with a large group of friends.look forward to our next stay.
