The unit was very well set out and very clean. The courtyard and BBQ was excellent. Only down side is the walk to the beach was a bit longer than expected.

Adriana is a fully equipped apartment which is most suited to families with kids. We made lunches and went out for dinner. Our 4 night stay was extremely comfortable and relaxing.
Though the National Park was on our pack doorstep we never did a walking track but I will next visit. The hospital and medical centres are close by which was convenient.
Fine attention to detail such as key hook, broom, washing basket, fans were a bonus. Totally a home away from home.

Our week at Adriana was a very enjoyable experience, the unit was very clean and comfortable withe excellent amenities. We would have no hesitation in recommending Adriana as a quite, well priced unit.
We would certainly book there again.

This spacious and very comfortable, clean unit is the ideal one if you are looking for a quiet, peaceful rest. On our arrival, the front steps did appear to be a bit daunting but we did not find them a problem and we are 78 and 76. The owner treated us as though we were his personal friends. We were there in winter but plenty of blankets are provided.There are actually 3 areas outside where you can read, or knit, or talk or just doze off. We don't eat out much and I was delighted to find such a well equipped kitchen. For anyone not wanting to do that, the shops are not far away. I would not hesitate to recommend the unit and we plan to come back.

Home away from home. Very clean, well equipped and roomy. Very nice court yard, leading to rain forest. Close to restaurants, shops and beach. Owner a pleasure to deal with. Will stay again and will strongly recommend to friends.

great holiday apartment in a gorgeous area, very roomy with everything we needed to be comfortable. My grandkids loved having the bushland at the back door and even fed kookaburras and magpies. I can recommend Adriana and hope to go back again myself.

We spent 4 wonderful days at Adriana. Very comfortable and clean apartment, quiet and peaceful location, close to the beaches and shopping centres. In this apartment we had absolutely everything for the enjoyable holiday. Great value for the money and a very nice owner to deal with. Thank you very much!

A great quality unit, with all the mod cons, which were all in working order.
Nice backyard, with direct access to bush and bush tracks, which the younger ones among us used frequently.
We enjoyed staying in and relaxing or going out and sampling the various activities available, then coming back to our home away from home.
All in all, we enjoyed a good week's vacation.

We had a great stay at Adriana. Very comfortable lounge. Good hot shower. Plenty of blankets for the beds (it was a cold, wet weekend). Everything we needed in the kitchen.
In between the rain we managed to cook up a 'storm' on the barbecue out the back and in fine weather we would have spent a lot more time happily sitting out there.

Definately great value. Highly recommended. Owner is fantastic to deal with. Wonderful homely appartment with brilliant bushland and nature trail right at your back patio. Shoal Bay beach views from front balcony. Amazing walks and short drive to Nelson Bay Wharf & Bowls Club. Good lock up car park. Plenty of room for families, in a quiet block and location. There is a flight of stairs to gain entry but the view from the top is definately worth the climb!

This unit is wonderfully priced and only a short walk to Shoal Bay. The owner is fantastic to deal with and very friendly. The bush setting out the back is great and very peaceful. The unit was provided for all our needs. The only negative aspect was the lack of natural sunlight in the unit...all the more reason to go outside and enjoy the day!!

I had a very relaxing and enjoyable time. The unit was very clean, plenty of room, beautiful garden backing onto the National Park, close to beaches, National Park, shops, entertainment and amenities.
