Located on the 29th floor of the Skyline North Tower of the Chevron Renaissance building, this 2-bedroom 2 bathrooms Surfers Paradise apartment can fit up to 5 people with ease, or 6 if you have an infoant. The master bedroom contains a queen-sized bed and walk in wardrobe. The master bedroom is connected to an en-suite bathroom that has granite finishes. On the other hand, the second bedroom has two single beds and also a built-in wardrobe. The apartment also has a second bathroom with a shower and toilet. A dining set with 6 chairs is conveniently placed in the lounge suite. Guests can eat a hearty dinner while watching free Austar from the apartment’s flat screen television set. A glass door connects the lounge suite to the balcony, which has a table and chairs, as well. Other occupants can choose to listen to soothing music from the home’s sound system while enjoying the spectacular views of the water below. Aside from these, Apartment 2294 is also equipped with facilities for cooking, laundry, ironing and cleaning up. Linen items are already supplied. Air conditioning is also available throughout the entire apartment, for absolute comfort. Security is not an issue with Apartment 2294. The Chevron Renaissance complex has gates all around, and security guards to ensure your safety. Intercom access is available, as is a private lift for those who are staying in the apartment. Guests are allowed one car space in a covered parking lot for their vehicle, free of charge.
