9 Docklands Executive Apartments is situated between Collins and Bourke Streets, the New York end of Melbourne and only minutes away from the CBD.

Short stroll to Etihad Stadium, Melbourne city centre, Southern Cross Station, Crown Casino and the Melbourne Convention Centre.

The apartment has two bedrooms (1 queen/2 king single beds) , two bathrooms, spacious lounge with an LCD 40 inch television, DVD, radio IPOD holder, WiFi internet access and a separate dining room.

The fully equipped kitchen has quality European cooking apppliances, microwave, dishwasher and a full sized fridge.

There are laundry facilities in the apartment with a washing machine and dryer.

It also has floor to ceiling double glazed windows and its own private balcony.

Fully heated and air-conditioned by reverse cycle air-conditioning.

The award winning quality built apartment complex has security access, intercom security and undercover secure parking.

This quality self contained apartment has views of the bay and harbour.

The Free City Circle Tram leaves every 8 minutes right outside your door and it is an easy 5 minute walk to the Southern Cross Station.

On the ground floor, there are several restaurants, cafes, an IGA supermarket, liquor store, internet cafe, hairdressers, beautician, masseur, nail technician and also walking distance to the local Safeway supermarket.

Docklands Executive Apartments are centrally located which makes it easy to get to by car, train, tram, or ferry.

From Tullamarine Airport it is about a 19 minute taxi ride for a cost of about $50AU one way.

The Starbus Airport Shuttle , , will transfer you direct from Tullamarine Airport to the apartment complex. Cost $17AU per person one way or $30AU for a prepaid return ticket per person, departing every 20 to 30 minutes, 5am till 11pm 7 days a week.

The Skybus takes you from Tullamarine Airport to Southern Cross Station and then transfers you to a mini-bus, which will deliver you to the apartment complex.

  • "What an amazing surprise as we weren't expecting this apartment to be so gorgeous. Everything we needed was provided and so clean. This place is centrally located to everything, city as well as the lovely restaurants and shopping in Docklands. Nice and quiet at night. We were greeted by this lovely lady who went out of her way to help us by filling us in on all the places to see and how to get there, very helpful indeed. We weren't sure how to get to the Melbourne Museum and within minutes she had typed up directions for us. Also we liked the fact that there was a supermarket so close by, to buy our groceries. My friends and I will definitely be returning as this would have to be one of the finest accommodation places we have ever stayed in."

  • "This is a great place to stay & so central to everything, CBD is minutes away and transport is right outside the door, a free tram in fact. The apartment is well appointed with lovely furnishings very upmarket and stylish. Plenty of room for the 4 of us with each bedroom having its own bathroom, a real bonus when you are traveling with teenagers. Very quiet & a nice view from the balcony. We didn't want to leave but we will be back again. The Managers Belinda & Paul were extremely helpful & even drove us to pick up our hire car many thanks again Steven PS Thanks for the nice bottle of Shiraz! "

  • "This was my first time down to Melbourne. So it was imperative that I find a great place to stay for the week. When I stumbled on this place I was instantly sold. I was immediately contacted by Belinda and Paul, who were kind and understanding and also full of advice on what to do, see in Melbourne. They arrange everything for us, they even looked after our luggage while we waited for the apartment to be ready. It's close to everything you need to ensure a great stay. The trams are right in front of the apartments and is a brisk walk across the river to Crown and DFO. I could go on and on about the professionalism, kindness and promptness of the both Paul and Belinda, but it's better if you try it yourself. You won't be disappointed. I will definitely be staying there again when I'm back down."

  • "I've just returned from my second stay within 6 months at 8 Docklands, and again have been hugely impressed with Belinda and Paul's meticulous attention to both their guests and the apartment. The apartment felt like home, so comfortably furnished, so well equipped and so spacious. We were attending the tennis for the first time and found it wonderfully simple to get from the apartment to the event by tram (all free too, no hassle working out the ticket system). We even walked a few times, finding it was easy, interesting and fun to take the path along the river. We can recommend The Wharf for a very relaxing wine on the way home! Thank you Belinda and Paul for another terrific stay."

  • "We stayed for 6 nights over the AFL Grand Final week. The apartment was absolutely fantastic. Everything we needed was there, especially the great range of wine glasses. Lovely linen on the beds and with all the paintings and ornaments around, I felt very much at home. A big bonus was the 25 metre heated pool where we could do our laps. Excellent position, close to the trains and trams and yet not far to walk to the Casino. Belinda and Paul were very welcoming, and yes, we will be back. Do yourself a favour and stay here too."
