Merlot Cottage is a great family home or will also please any couple. It has 4 bedrooms with 3 queen beds and 2 single beds sleeping 8 people easily, but will accomodate more if required, main b/r has ensuite and main bathroom has a large clawfoot bath. It has a seperate lounge (42"TV/DVD) and a kitchen/living/dining with(TV/DVD) area also, central heating and air/conditioning throughout. Double lockup garage and back yard with high fences & patio with BBQ also included. A short walk to the CBD and local bowls club and Restaurants.All linen included.
