Enjoy the sun in the south of Spain. From € 27.50/night (minimum 28 nights), with free WIFI & Smart TV.

First floor apartments, in a urbanization located 150m from El Playazo Beach, with air conditioning/heating, free WiFi (optical fiber), Smart TV with Spanish channels and a terrace facing south, ideal to enjoy outdoors all year round.

Maximum capacity 4 adults. There are 2 bedrooms (2nd bedroom with two beds 80 x 200), 1 bathroom with bath or shower, living-dining room and fully equipped kitchenette. Free parking space available in underground garage.

In Residencial Alborada (textile urbanization), with elevator, a large communal pool + children's pool (pools open in June, July, August and September), paddle tennis courts and children's playground. Bars and restaurants about 200m away and a large supermarket 5 minutes away by car.

IMPORTANT: Reasonable consumption of electricity up to 15 Kwh/day is included. The surplus will be charged. In case of monthly rent with discount, electricity is NOT included. Pets are welcome (1 pet/booking). Groups of young people are not accepted (NO DREAMBEACH). Smoking in the apartment is not allowed.

Magníficos apartamentos en Vera-playa

El apartamento está muy bien distribuido y con una terraza magnífica para desayunar y comer/cenar. La urbanización cuenta con una piscina con un largo de tamaño olímpico y pista de padel. Muy acogedora y con un clima muy familiar. Se puede ir a la playa andando. Aumentar el menaje del hogar: cubiertos, vasos y platos.
