Being located in Brisbane allows easy access to all there is to see here in South East Queensland, including Stadbroke and Morton Islands, Noosa, and much more.


THE ASPLEY HOUSE is a stone's throw from public transport or within easy walking distance to local shopping and dining, with every conceivable choice of cuisine at your doorstep in Aspley. Or for the more motivated, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook with, plus a new gas bbq on the terrace, and there are two huge supermarkets within walking distance.


Indulge your retail urges at Westfield Chermside Shopping Centre, just a five minute drive away. It's one of the largest new shopping malls in the southern hemisphere and houses a megaplex cinema complex, plus hundreds of stores for everything you could need or want.
