Our base pricing is set for up to 6 guests, making our villa accessible for smaller groups. Please enter the correct number of adults and children to ensure you receive the correct price and avoid surprises.

• Draft Beer: Level up your stay by ordering a 30L (£120) or 50L (£140) beer keg for your bar area. (Estrella Garcia)

• Pool & Hot Tub: 10x5m pool heating (£350/week) or Hot Tub (£245/week). Prices pro rate. Only available for the full duration of your stay.

• Modern Comforts: High-speed Wi-Fi, full Air-Conditioning, and Netflix.

Important Notes & Booking Advice

• Availability enquiry: We want to ensure our home is the perfect fit for your group. Please message us to check that we can accommodate your specific dates and requirements before sending a formal booking request. When sending booking requests, we understand that you have read the advert in full and know that the Pool Heating, Hot Tub and Beer Kegs are OPTIONAL EXTRAS. Note: With Pool Heating / Hot Tub, the covers must be put on when not in use, especially at night.

• Peak Season Stays: During our peak weeks, we typically only accept full-week bookings with a Thursday-to-Thursday changeover.

• Coordinating Your Travels: Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. As we often have back-to-back bookings, we are unable to offer early arrivals or late departures. Please note these times when booking your flights.

• No Smoking Policy: We maintain a strict no-smoking and no-vaping policy inside the villa. Guests are welcome to smoke outdoors, and ashtrays are provided.

• Travel Insurance: For your protection, we strongly advise all guests to take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking.

• Linen Care: To keep our linens unmarked, we kindly ask that guests avoid using P20 or "All Day" sun lotions, as these cause permanent staining on linen and furniture.

• Restrictions: Our Villa is located in a residential area, and for this reason, we are a family-oriented property and do not accept young groups, parties, or celebration events.

• In and around Carvoeiro and along the length of the Algarve, the landscape is always evolving, with ongoing development in different areas from time to time. As a result, there may be occasional associated activity in the surrounding areas.

• Pets are not permitted due to severe family allergies, and the fireplace is for decorative use only.

• Cleaning fees and the local Lagoa tourist tax are already included in your quote.

Booking & Occupancy

• Guest Registration: In accordance with local licensing laws, we require the full names and passport copies of all guests once booked.

• Authorised Guests Only: Only guests named on the official booking are permitted to stay at the villa.

• Confirmation First: Please do not book flights until we have officially confirmed your reservation.

Neighbourhood & Conduct
• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8.00 AM. Casa Valhalla is located in a residential area (not a holiday complex); please respect our neighbours.

• No Parties: Parties are strictly prohibited under any circumstances.

• Age & Suitability: We cater to families and couples. We do not accept groups of young people or "party" bookings.

• Accurate Guest Count: Our villa is priced to also encourage smaller groups. The base rate covers up to 6 guests; additional fees apply for each guest beyond that. If you input the correct number of guests, the price will be given accordingly. Please ensure your guest count is accurate; the system will calculate your quote accordingly.

Protection of our Villa
• No "All-Day" Sunscreen (e.g., P20): Due to the permanent damage caused to linens, towels, and furniture, P20 and similar "all-day" suntan lotions are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to charge for any damage or staining caused by these products.

• No Hair Dye: The use of hair dye is prohibited within the villa.

• No Pets: Due to severe family allergies, we maintain a strict no-pet policy.

Stay Details
• Self-Catering: This is a self-catering unit; meals are not provided.

• Minimum Stay: During peak weeks, we typically require a 7-night minimum (Thursday to Thursday). Requirements may vary by season—please check with us.

• Check-In: Our House Manager will meet you to show you around. He is your primary contact, though we are always available if needed.

SPECIAL NOTES

• While we feature a fireplace in our photography, please note it is decorative only and not for use.

• No Cleaning Fees: We do not charge a cleaning fee.


Insurance & Liability
• Travel Insurance: All guests should arrange their own travel insurance.
• Cancellation: Our cancellation policy is fixed as stated in the listing.
• Location Check: Please review our location and distances to Carvoeiro’s amenities (bars, supermarkets, etc.) before booking to ensure the residential setting suits your group’s needs.

1. Guest Identification & Licensing
• Lead Guest: Full postal address, email, and mobile number.
• All Guests: Full names and clear copies
• Party Composition: Please confirm the final number of adults and children (including the ages of children at the time of your stay).
o Note: Please notify us immediately if your guest count changes from your original booking.
2. Travel & Logistics
• Flight Details: Scheduled arrival and departure flight numbers and times.
• Check-in/Out: Our times are strict to ensure the villa is prepared for every guest. Please keep this in mind when scheduling your flights.
3. Equipment.
• Do you require a travel cot or a high chair? (We will ensure these are set up for your arrival).
4. Tailor Your Stay (Optional Extras) All extras are conveniently paid via this platform. Please let us know if you would like to add:
• Pool Heating: £350 per week - pro rata. Most guests find the pool refreshing without heating in July/August & September, but the option is available if you prefer.
Important if you have the pool heated/ Hot Tub: To maintain the temperature and prevent evaporation, the pool cover must be put on every night and during the day whenever the pool is not in use for long periods.
• Hot Tub: Optional Extra. £245 per week - pro rata.
• Private Bar Beer Kegs: (30L: £120 / 50L: £140).
