We have 2 cottages with R/C aircons.Each has a queen sized bed, and a double bed in a separate bedroom. In the bathroom, we have a spa for two people.The kitchen/dining section are off the main area and has fridge microwave electric frypan toster and kettle. Outside each unit there is a BBQ and an outside setting from which you can enjoy the views

Boardwalk cottages are situated at Mt,Martha on the Mornington Peninsula We are situated two kms from Mt.Martha, or approx five Kms from Mornington.The property is overlooking a vineyard and the Balconbe Creek.

Local Attractions

Close by the property is the Briars Historical park, also the Balcombe Creek and the Boardwalk which is a pleasant walk into Mt Martha and the Beach.There are many wineries in the area and lovely beaches.

"My husband and i had 3 days here and without our kids,it was really relaxing and the owners were very nice.I would go back again and the price is great,no where else was $300 for 2 nights with all breakfast provisions.Wasnt too far to drive anywhere, easy to find.I love penthouse syle places but for a change this was great and peacefull!!Very cute too and got a view."
