A relaxing country property set on a working vineyard in the Heart of the Hunter Valley. The natural beauty of the Brokenback Mountain range peeps over the vines. The Stables offers a charming country villa atmosphere. Relax on the verandah or sit down by the dam and watch the abundent birdlife.
This villa sleeps up to 9 in Split Air Conditioned comfort.
Quality bed and bath linen supplied.
Your hosts welcome you with a bottle of Hunter Valley wine. A breakfast hamper for weekend stays or a cheese and fruit platter is all part of our holiday hospitality.
The Stables is centrally located in Pokolbin, the heart of Hunter Valley wine country.
Vineyards are on your doorstep along with world class restaurants and cellar doors.
The major concert venues of Bimbadgen, Hope Estate and Tempus Two are all within 5 - 10 minutes drive from the property with the Hunter's major coach service Rover Coaches stopping at our front gate to collect guests for events.
The best of the Hunter Valley's attractions are also within just a few minutes drive from our property. Hunter Valley Gardens, Hot Air Ballooning, The Vintage and Cypress Lakes Golf Courses and many more attractions are all located nearby.
La Toscane Wedding Venue is only 1 minutes drive away making The Stables a perfect location for the wedding party as well as family and friends to stay together and close to the reception venue.
The Stables sleeps a minimum of 6 guests and a maximum of 9 guests. Prices start at $1050 for 6 guests for a 2 night weekend (Fri/Sat or Sat/Sun). Additional guests cost an extra $75 per person per night. Children are charged at only $50 per child per night.
Midweek rates start at just $710 for 6 guests for a 2 night stay.
A 3 night minimum stay is required over long weekends.
We offer a fantastic weekly rate of $3500 for a 7 night stay.
Please note that our rates DO NOT increase over concert weekends.

THE STABLES IS SET WITHIN THE BRACKEN RIDGE VILLAS COMPLEX. FOR GROUPS LARGER THAN 12 GUESTS WE CAN OFFER QUOTES TO ACCOMMODATE YOU IN OUR OTHER 4 VILLAS OR OUR HOMESTEAD ALSO.
